If you like oatmeal, try these ” Mason Jar Overnight Oats”. Quick and easy to prep. In the morning simply grab this tasty cold breakfast and eat! Give them a go!

Here’s my Mason Jar Overnight Oats (Pumpkin Spice)-

Serves 1


  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 Tbsp all natural maple syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice


  • In a mason jar mix together all the ingredients, starting with the oats.
  • Put the lid on it, and place it ┬áin the fridge.

*I don’t measure when I cook, I try my best to convey the measurements. If need be, adjust to suit your taste.*
