Here’s my Mason Jar Overnight Oats (Pumpkin Spice)-
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 Tbsp all natural maple syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
- In a mason jar mix together all the ingredients, starting with the oats.
- Put the lid on it, and place it in the fridge.
*I don’t measure when I cook, I try my best to convey the measurements. If need be, adjust to suit your taste.*
